This company is an absolute SCAM. after 6 months of renting a car with them they haven't given me my $200 dollar security deposit back, even tho I've literally harassed them in every possible customer service line and opened a ticket on a sketchy website they never respond to. PLEASE, IF YOU ARE RENTING A CAR IN CDMX I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO WITH "ENTERPRISE". HERTZ IS A TOTAL SCAM, I HAVE NEVER FELT MORE BETRAYED AND ABUSED BY A COMPANY IN MY LIFE. THEY'RE THIEVES.
