My partner and I are big foodies and our pans were older and potentially had the bad chemicals. So after reading reviews we decided to buy hexclad. But would wait untill they came down in price. So in August they had a sale on. £729 for 13pc set down to £629 also the 5% new customer so worked out £598. A few days after purchase another offer code was released for further 25% off. That's nearly £130. So it cost £472 for full 13pc. (£257 off list). How can the justify this overcharge to customers who pay full price. I reached out to hexclad and their response was days and days, even at that time it was just to say passed to another team. I returned the set and bought another at the reduced price. I simply asked them to refund the difference to save them a return. But almost 2 weeks later no response.Overall, we are happy with the performance 2 weeks in. However at this price point the life warranty is a huge factor. Unfortunately not one you could count on if customer service doesn't respond.
