Worse purchase ever and just a BIIIIIG LIE, this advertisement. The pan is indeed practicle as you can use a metallic spoon in it, fine, but the pan isn't even flat, and the non stick is the worse I have ever seen, even IKEA pans for 15€ have a better non stick.I am sooooo far from the advertisement that I can't believe a public figure like Ramsay would put his face on it...so I guess there is maybe a problem with my batch. However, I sent a complaint 1 week ago and 0 response...what is that??? The biggest scam of a star chef so far? 200€ for the crapiest product and 0 accoutability...I just can't believe it.So the email to customer service was maybe not enough pressure, now I try trust pilot, if no answer in the coming days I go on all social media to denounce this scam and protect future consumer.HCEU76058
