I placed an order with HexClad on November 21. I received a partial shipment on Monday, December 1, but did not receive my other box. This morning, December 3, I noticed a tracking number for my 2nd box but no delivery information. I sent an email to HexClad and received a response quickly. Jan D. Was very responsive and by the end of the business day, she made sure my 2nd box was on its way. This is a Christmas gift for my son (I got my HexClad set for my birthday last year and love it!) and Jan D.’s quick work and excellent customer service will ensure my son has a wonderful Christmas thanks to HexClad!
