Product exceeded my expectations for the price. My disabled daughter had a lot of plaque buildup on her bottom front teeth and after 4, 5 minute treatments it was all gone. My only complaint was with the directions which were poorly translated. When I first turned it on I didn't think it was working. It doesn't do anything until you actually touch it to your teeth. The stainless dental picks and mirror were a bonus. Very happy
