I saw a necklace that showed two names and a heart in between but I really wanted an infinity symbol instead. I saw they did infinity charms and so I emailed the company and a lovely representative called Ben told me that unfortunately the charm would be very small but that he’d ask the design team to see if that was possible for them to implement that instead of a heart. He got back to me on email to let me know it was possible and so once I placed my order he kindly asked for the order number to ensure the infinity design took place. It arrived today and I absolutely love it! They have great necklaces and designs on there anyway but the fact they could implement something that I would like, I have been blown away! Really really grateful I chose this company to get a personalised necklace as it’s obvious they really do care about making jewellery special for their customers.
