Instantly "technical error, contact support"
Contacted support several times, no reply.

Others are similar but we're a lot better as support is one of the most important things when it comes to these services and a lot lack but this one is 0 (ZERO)
Edit Reply: as I said, I did contact support via app and email and nothing. Its been days.
