If I could give the company 0 stars, I absolutely would. The dryer is excessively loud, the attachments feel cheap, and my hair got stuck between the metal and plastic. The roller brush snagged my hair after just one use, and now they're claiming it's used as I try to return it. A disappointing experience with a company that seems to care more about profit than customer satisfaction. Avoid this seller.
