I ordered the Premium Case to go with the 5 in 1 Multistyler Pro I purchased as a Christmas gift for my spouse. The case showed up as a separate order but on receiving I noticed it was damaged and would not close properly, the material inside that forms the hinge was also torn. I submitted an email and pictures to Hey Curls to have it returned and replaced or refunded. They replied with an apology and said they are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping company but offered me a 10% discount. I told them it wasn't acceptable because this was a gift for my spouse and its damaged. They offered to start the return process but I would be responsible for return shipping which is in direct violation of their return policy that states the customer is responsible for return shipping UNLESS the item is received damaged. This is my first experience with this company and so far I am very disappointed that somehow I'm on the hook for damages caused by their shipping company and they are taking no ownership for their own product that may have been damaged before it left the company warehouse. It wasn't even packaged in a box, just wrapped in bubble wrap.
