The customer service I received was EXCEPTIONAL to say the least. I purchased the brown and black leather case (by accident)plus the styler. I received one package with both cases, patiently waiting for the styler to arrive next…a week passed, I reached out to the email provided, first spoke with Justina (who was patient with me from the start) explained what transpired, she told me steps I needs to take to see if we could locate package, then Abby reached out(next shift, I’m sure) she was patient as well, once again explained I received one package with both cases but no styler…..back and forth emails to try desperately to get to the bottom of it, THEN the next to the last email I received from her was “hey, just to be sure, check the cases to see if maybe the styler was packed for safe shipping inside one of the cases” WELL, WELL, WELL……how stupid did I feel???!!! Yep, was packed in the brown case, of course the one I DID NOT open!!!! Ugh…..but Abby, ABSOLUTELY wonderful with ALL of the back and forth and she was NEVER rude, short with words, she just wanted to make sure that I was going to find the styler. If nothing else, the customer service she provided to me will be the reason I order with them again. Thank you so much again, Abby!! :) Norastyler.com
