BUYER BEWARE Shady company. I highlyrecommend NOT purchasing this. It’s a cheap knock off hair tool that has the sketchiest return policy I have ever encountered. You can only return if box is unopened within 30 days. I started the process of retuning it, to find out I have to pay shipping costs to china addressed to: Hao Qianyi, Hao Qianyi, 7th Floor, Building 2 Shangye Technology Co., Ltd. No. 128, Guangcong Road Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province China 510550On the website the address is in Toronto leading everyone to believe it’s a Canadian company. Nowhere does it even say “Hey Curls Toronto”. on the actual company address. Get this part“Once we receive the item, product inspection will be done. And if confirmed that it passes all quality checks, we will proceed with issuing a refund.” They actually expect ME to spend $30 Canadian to send it back with tracking. Then they will decide if I qualify for a refund?! Unbelievable This was ordered by a family member on my credit card without my consent. Minutes after the order was placed I emailed to cancel the order before it was processed. Only to be told it wasn’t possible to cancel orders. Fast forward weeks later it arrives in a flimsy plastic bag, the box is dented. Which I assume they would use as an excuse to refusereimbursement. So i’m stuck with a pieceof junk which costs close to $90 with taxes and shipping.
