The product is horrible. Makes the hair oily and and can't go out unless you was it out.I tried to cancelled the subscription but that took time so a second shipment came. I paid $11 to ship it back. They are acting like it never was received and are evading giving me my refund. I even had to send the receipt from the Post Office. Still haven't gotten the refund. Stay away!
