I had been taking this product inconsistently for a while but once I finally took 1 a day for the week before my period and then 2 a day during my period, I really noticed a huge reduction in discomfort and pain from cramps. The only downside is the tablet starts to disintegrate soon after contact with liquid so if you don't swallow it quickly you can start to taste the bitterness which then makes it more difficult to swallow. For this reason, I avoid taking it with any hot liquids like tea. I always appreciate the extra and free gifts of cramp relieving tea and heating pad that came with my orders.
