I have adapted our system and have found a solution that works for me. Keep safe in this crazy world.In reply, Your emails are skant and Heyzine is skirting the problem. The purpose of the Library is to add several ebooks that are password protected through the use of a singular password that protects all the eBooks from being copied. Your solution to create a second password to open a ebook in a library that is initially password protected is ludicrous. Once one of the eBooks is opened in the library the address in the Google search bar can be copied and sent anywhere and password protection is now missing and can be forwarded onto countless other parties at a great financial loss to ourselves. There has to be a simple solution whereby any eBook opened out of the Library is directly linked to the Library password and any attempt by a third party to try and open it through links or any other method must require the Library Password. The person using the library should not be inconvenienced through having to enter secondary passwords to secure what in essence is a bug in your system.I have been a Heyzine user for many years and have actively used your creator. Recently i picked up a problem and have been dealing with Albert Labada trying to resolve a password issue on your eBook Library. There is a bug in your Library section whereby the Password protection can be bypassed by copying the link in the browser and then forwarding the link to anyone and the Password no longer works. Despite several emails and your help section on your portal there seems to be no solution and it now seems Albert is ignoring me as he no longer responds. Please can someone sort this out as it is a bug that affects all your users.
