I'm extremely disgusted with the service I've received. I signed up to a course on the 1st of January, teaching reformer level 3 and speak with my tutor on the 2nd. I had done the application and added my previous qualifications and I had Adhd and needed extra support with reading and processing. On the 8th I had another call off my tutor where I was then told my previous qualifications dont meet their criteria, I can attend the course but will not get a teaching certificate but a certificate to say ive attended. This isnt what i wanted or needed, i explained but was quickly dismissed. I had said I had struggled with the course content for pre assignments before my course and not been able to complete them by this stage. I explained the course book didn't have the listening accessible tool on it which I had been told it would have previously. I was dismissed about this. I explained I hadn't had a learning difficulties assignment either which she then booked for the following weekend. This isn't good enough as I had 2 full days on the course prior to the assignment where I wasn't of been supported. I asked her questions about incorrect information which was written in my course book, she didn't know the correct information and this was on the pre assignment. If the tutor don't know the answers and it's not written correctly how are we meant to learn. So I cancelled my course with their 14 days cooling off period policy, for a full refund as stated in the website, i completed the forms in the correct time period. To be told, I've been cancelled off the course this weekend but no refund was being given. Be aware,This company doesn't have ypur education or needs at heart, it's just about money. Thieving company who doesn't follow the own policy.
