I booked a holiday for myself and 2 daughters on March 9th 2020. Soon after this was cancelled by hf. I was told I could not have a refund then, but would have to wait 1 year. I am a member of hf, 85 years old, and can't wait for my money any longer. I have written an e-mail and made several more calls. Each time I was assured the operator would be contacting head office, and I would be contacted soon and paid. The holiday was for Gentle Walking , 4 days, in April 2020. Hf owe me 1500 pounds and I would like this refund now. hf are booking new holidays, and are dragging their feet about the money they owe. Other similar reports are on this website.
