I used HFS financial to secure a loan for a large garage. I was told that the loan would be serviced by Quilo with the bank being someone other than HFS Financial. I thought it a bit odd, but knowing that loans are sometimes sold here and there I went ahead with the process and elected for automatic drafts for the payments.
Despite being on auto-draft the payments routinely come out late, and I get late notices. I contacted Quilo, then the bank that I was told held my note, but that bank has never even heard of me.
HFS will not return calls or emails and now I'm left not even knowing who has my loan or my information. This is deceptive at the best case, and perhaps even fraudulent or criminal at the worst!
