The communication from this company was excellent at all times. They simplified the process as much as anyone possibly could. Every member of staff I dealt with over the months of progression was knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly available. I found the price to be very reasonable as it covered just about everything and gave peace of mind along the way as everything was organised for you. I passed each stage as I went along so did not encounter any retest fees etc. As a result, what I paid on day 1 took me right through to being fully qualified and ready to start work which is easier said than done when complying with DVSA legislation. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to make the switch into the industry for the first time or seeking a hassle free way to get all your driving qualifications up to scratch. Be warned the driving lessons pass quickly, My one criticism would be that the length of the physical driving course should be a day longer, especially for someone who's never been in an artic before. I contemplated booking a few hours of lessons separately in the weeks before the intense course and I kind of I wish I had. If you dont take to it very well the test can be upon you before you know it. I was lucky and had a fantastic Instructor for my last two days and he got me through the test successfully. The driving schools themselves are separate companies to this agency so people are bound to have different experiences dependent on where they end up doing the physical part of the training. If it's your first time behind the wheel of an HGV I'd recommend just a few hours driving and reversing to get a feel for the vehicle before starting your intensive week.
