So they booked me in within 2 weeks and got my retest done fast. Speed of everything was great, listened to location preferences and communication between bookings mostly good. Only reason it’s not 5 star is partly my own fault and just my license wasn’t checked before booking so I ended up paying class 1 prices for class 2, however I still passed which is the main thing. I’m just double checking they paid class 1 prices with the training company used by them. Sales was friendly and not robotic. As I say reflection wise I should of checked however I moved from another agency/training company and they did a check and told me I was fine to do class 1… however we found out the medical was only ticked for class 2 drivingThank you again, mostly good.
