All staff very friendly and point you in the right direction when you need more theory revision to look through. Don’t hound you with meaningless phone calls and let you continue your journey yourself.1 thing though, I do think that the retest fees are a little steep as struggled sometimes to gather money together - but that’s me.Nonetheless, very patient and prompt getting you in for various tests and generally quick about organising various things.
