I’ve just started the course. Team are very friendly. Explain very well what will be happening. My log on to the learning site was set up very quickly. Course content and next steps sent out very quickly too. If ever I do need to ask questions the staff are knowledgeable and polite. I chose to call using a phone, however there are umpteen other ways you can communicate with the team.
