Booked my Class 1 licence with them as an intensive 1 week course. They booked me in with a very good school and i am fortunate to say i passed it all first time! It was very easy to get in contact with Hgv driver training when i had questions about dates/course content.

Absolute waste of time . They aren’t a school just a broker. Had lessons booked and confirmed by email . I attended , no one was there, called them and they said they were sorry they made a mistake it was for the following month. Id already booked time off work so I wasted my holiday hours. Terrible communication skills , unprofessional message responses full of sarcastic emojis Avoid like the plague

Poor customer service, lack of communication was paramount through my whole experience. I was put on hold and told several times I’d get a call back and to not be reached out the next working day. Lack of information and transparency across the board form theory to practical test as well as learning material needed for my license.
