All staff very friendly and point you in the right direction when you need more theory revision to look through. Don’t hound you with meaningless phone calls and let you continue your journey yourself.1 thing though, I do think that the retest fees are a little steep as struggled sometimes to gather money together - but that’s me.Nonetheless, very patient and prompt getting you in for various tests and generally quick about organising various things. Thank you to all, couldn’t have done it without you.
I passed my Class 2 in 2024 and my Class 1 in 2025. The training was excellent, with supportive instructors and well-structured lessons that built my confidence step by step. The vehicles were well looked after, and everything was explained clearly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this training to anyone wanting to start or progress their HGV career.
