Absolutely horrible experience with my bathroom from start to finish- I made an appointment and took the day off work for a new bathroom. We were waiting for over 45 minutes for a couple who walked in without an appointment. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and ordered my bathroom- I ordered my bathroom in September 2021 to be installed in February 2022. At the end of Feb I phoned to see when they would be installing. I was made promises week by week then told they didnt have the stock. I understand the current climate but communication was awful. - I finally got my bathroom installed in April 2022 - 2 months late. - I was told to get an electrician to drop down wires before the ceiling was installed. This was unnecessary and cost me extra money. I disputed this and after alot of denial on their part and back and forth they knocked £100 off my invoice.- I noticed excess silicone all over the edge of the black shower door, the toilet was coming off the wall, the tap was dripping and there was a slash under the shower in the panel. This was fixed a couple of weeks later however the second crew left blobs of silcone all over my bath and the walls.- I ordered a black tap and waste for my sink - the waste did not come. I requested this and was forgotten about after 2 calls for payment - each time reminding them about the waste. The waste was changed but they left the chrome overflow and did not change it to black. - I have been waiting over a month now for a black ring for the overflow of my sink - it has yet to arrive. - They said they would post it and for me to do it myself. - Now I am getting whattsapp messages to arrange a fitting very very last minute and demanding payment. This is from SENIOR MANAGEMENT!! Whattsapping me instead of phoning or emailing me. They said the balance was due in May and the black overflow was not in my contract - I have never seen a sink with a black tap and waste and a silver overflow? Is this normal for HHI?- When I asked to lodge a complaint or speak to someone else I was told complaints have been logged and payment was due in May. As if I was the one holding back. They are being persistent in me paying BEFORE I am happy with my bathroom. I am happy to pay when the bathroom is complete. I have been waiting nearly a year - it is now end of August 2022. Now they are rushing to finish the job to get payment and not caring one bit about the client. DisgustingHHI - absolutely disgraceful customer service. I have never known a company and senior management to whattsapp a client about payment. I did try to call but never get a call back. I have been saving hard for this bathroom and have been looking forward to it - now the joy has been sucked out. I hope my complaints were logged and this was fed back to staff - but evidently this is not the case
