Poor customer service on collection …

I booked my car in on line for 2 tyres at my local store in Kings Lynn as the make of the tyres and the price was really good.i called the store as the website would not let me make payment on it .and they explained you pay in store .On arrival at the store I was about 5 Minutes early and all the staff were standing in the reception area laughing and joking I assumed they were their waiting to be told what to do .The person who booked in my car was polite and confirmed lots of details.he toldMe that they could not do the tracking as the ramp was broken , but could still fit the tyres and would then call me and keep the price I had been quoted for the tracking once the ramp was fixed I left my car And the gent told me they would call me when the car was ready.I returned back just over an hour later on the off chance the car was done as no one had called me .and it was the tyres had been changed.I went into reception and the same staff we still sitting in the reception area laughing and joking .i approached reception and now their was a different staff member at the counter , this staff member was talking to another customer whom I assumed used HI Q all the time and had an account their .The staff member did not acknowledge me at all, he did not hardly speak to me at all I waited about 3 to 4 minutes and even as the other customer was walking out he was still talking past me to this other customers I was now the only person at reception and their was another customer behind me .the staff member then grabbed my keys and paperwork and then just handed me the keys done the paperwork and then took my payment .I found their was no interaction with me at all considering I’d just spent nearly £300 pound on tyres.before I left I asked when the tracking ramp would be fixed he said he did not know which I thought was odd as surely they would have a time frame for this .I then noticed that my name was all spelt incorrectly on the paperwork It had no address details of myself orMy address on it .this had not been confirmed with me at all but they had my correct name and details when I booked the tyres on line .I found the whole interaction on collecting my car really rude and unprofessional.i don’t think I will go back and use them again as it seems like my custom is not important at all .
