I am doing a big house refurbishment project, so i am ordering things everyday. I ordered hindges first time and they arrived fine. Some of the articles were oit of stock, as soon as i saw they are in-stock on website, i ordered them. Once received the order, i kept that in my building inventory. Now when my builder booked a guy to do door handles for house, to my surprise this company has sent me totally wrong set in black colour. When i reached the site, he was installing some random black door accessories where as i ordered brushed brass. Basically, they never had brushed brass article back instock and rather than informing me, they cleverly sent me black.Why a company can’t responsibility of sending the correct items?
