Extremely poor customer service, product was never delivered as advised online within 24 hours and there was no communication for a week, still no sign of parcel then I rang to find out what’s going on, a representative advised that the package was being delivered that day, I also rescheduled the fitter however that never materialised , I lost my deposit from handy service , at point frustrated I rang Hiatt to cancelled the order, I was once again told my parcel was on the way due to arrive that day but I was dissatisfied so , I simply requested refund but I was informed that I have to wait for the product still hanging with the courier service to be returned to the wear house so my refund can be processed which can take up to 7 working days, very unreliable service
