I tried two times to get a rollover scheduled. First off, it's impossible to get a call unless it's two weeks out. My rep no showed my call today, didn't communicate why. I tried to chat with support and call the number but they don't have coverage even during their normal business hours which is a frustrating customer experience.I paid for the Plus service and got no service done. I just decided to initiate my own rollover because of the lack of communication, availability of this team. Definitely not worth the $75.
