I placed the order on October 19th, but it still hasn’t moved. The shipping policy says it starts to be shipped within 2-4 days, but there is still no sign that it’s moving. I tried emailing customer service and haven’t received any response. I wouldn’t recommend it if you need a case right away. What’s more sketchy is that the website doesn’t even tell you where it is coming from to estimate how long it will take. UPDATE: Just received my order on November 6th. Customer Service did respond to me on the 27th of October, just 4 days after I sent the first email. The main issue that I only have is that it took too long for the item to be shipped, especially when it’s being shipped in the same state (California). Regarding the cases, they are very aesthetically pleasing, which is the main reason why I wanted to order them almost instantly. It’s a little slippery on the sides so you have a good grip. Hopefully, the quality will compensate for the wait.
