I had a very disappointing experience at the Bridgwater branch. During our visit, the manager’s attitude came across as unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. The situation escalated to the point where my wife was left very upset and in tears, which is completely unacceptable in a customer service setting.Overall, the service felt poor, and the pricing also seemed higher than expected for the work carried out. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend considering alternative providers.
