I visited in the 3rd September my grandsons 1st birthday .. it is quite challenging going to restaurants as my granddaughter is 2.5 and my grandson only 1 years old. We couldn’t have felt more welcome. From the moment we entered. Staff were friendly and helped us with a double pram .. gave us a table which meant we wasn’t in the way of others xx I have to say and commend our waitress was Lorna Milton Keynes branch .. her customer service and the way she was with me grandchildren was truly amazing .. 🤩 It was a lovely positive experience and she couldn’t have done more to help us settle the children and take our food orders .. I have to say all staff were 🤩 brilliant. Lorna tho is an absolute credit to your company her attitude and attention to help us have a lovely evening I will never forget .. my granddaughter left saying nanny where is Lorna xx Please visit Milton Keynes as even one of the other staff came over saw my grandaughter was getting a little frustrated brought her colouring and crayons so we couldn’t relax and have our meal xx Whoever the manager is I want to say well done your staff are brilliant x
