Avoid making any purchases from this service. I didn’t receive a shipment email for over a month until I inquired about it. When I finally got the item, I was shocked. I had ordered a customized product with a picture I uploaded, but they completely altered it using AI! Why didn’t they just use the high-quality image I provided? This was a terrible experience. I spent too much money for it to be messed up this badly.
