I ordered a product on the 15th of November as a Christmas gift, and it arrived on the 27th of November. Unfortunately, it came damaged, and their website stated that if they were informed within seven days, a replacement would be sent. On the day it arrived, I emailed the service with photos of the damage, and they offered a 20% discount and suggested I keep the item. Since this was a gift, that wasn’t acceptable, so I requested a replacement on the 28th of November. I had to follow up six more times without any updates on the replacement, and eventually, on the 22nd of December, I requested a refund, which they only offered 50% of. I accepted it as it seemed unlikely I would receive a replacement or a full refund. It’s unfortunate because the product itself wasn’t too bad but definitely not worth the money. I recommend avoiding this service and hiring a real artist instead of spending more on a mediocre AI-generated product.
