Timely delivery no issues.Lovely unique piece.Fiancé loved it.However two months on the gleaming gold figure and chain is now a dull brass/blackish.I feel a bit cheated, wasn't expecting 18ct gold but wanted the look of the piece to last a decent amount of time.I'm so embarrassed my fiancé even took it off without telling me so as not to offend me 😐Edit. Received very quick response from the company. Not resolved yet. When it is I'll update again Edit.Unbelievable customer service. Refund and replacement. My advice just increase the price and quality, saves lots of hassle.
