This could be the first bad review - if I could give no stars, I would. I will start by saying I am in United Kingdom.The delivery arrived earlier than expected and I was excited, but it was not delivered to the address I supplied. I tried contacting them, they first thought I was in a US address, then they gave me the tracking number of which I already have. I contacted Royal Mail and they confirmed the item with the tracking number has a completely different address than what I supplied so my parcel was delivered to an unknown address. Support could do nothing but tell me what I already know, even though I told them, multiple times, what my issue is. I then requested a refund as I had nott received my order and they seem very eager to avoid this subject - I have given up on asking, but I would not recommend this company - use a local, more reliable company!
