Started with a free server but ended up buying one for 6€ monthly. I'm running a fabric server with almost 70 mods and 5 players and haven't run into a single problem yet. UI is easy to use although some tutorials about general server management would be appreciated. Can't say much about the customer service as I haven't needed them yet. Would recommend.
