Changed 1 star review into 4 stars. After I'd given up on the situation already they came up with another solution and the matter has been handled in a good way. It took about 26 emails between Fiio, HifiGo and me but in the end we came to a solution. Even though at first they did not reply for a while, for the past few days the communication from HifiGo has been pretty good and overall I'm happy in the end. Thanks for your time and effort guys!
