Product ordered on 02.07.23. The courier tried to deliver it but there were some issues with the address that the seller should have fixed by calling the courier (only the seller can do that and not the receiver). I contacted the seller to address the issue and tell them that the package would have not been delivered on time. They refused to help me out because of "language barrier issues" (they're from China). The package was sent back to the seller. I re-ordered the item and the seller refused to upgrade my shipping from slow to fast. This would have been highly appreciated. On this websites the prices are okay, but the customer service is very poor and not much attention is put on the client. Wouldn't recommend - especially considering that you have to wait minimum a month to receive a package to Europe.
