I had an minor issue with a product and I had to wait a while to hear back from them to start the return process but it sounds like they are not to blame and would of got back to me sooner. They actually went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction so I have no complaints what so ever. Certainly happy to buy something else here now I’ve found something with bigger sound and more bass on sale here. The issue I had was when I turned on one of the multi speakers it was suppose to turn the rest of the speakers on automatically but it didn’t work for some reason.
