Huge disappointment. I have used it for 2 months now and I have had 3 major issues with this bank. Some of my purchases got automatically blocked, and I couldn't get SMS verification codes for 2 days, so I could not send or transfer money for those two days. They just said I had to talk with Visa and they sent me to Highbeam's bank issuer. I had to send money from my Highbeam account to my Relay account to make some purchases. Very annoying and incredible that no one can help out. I had high hopes and it looked really good in the beginning, but I am just fed up by Highbeam and I don't trust them with my money. Use someone else until they have fixed their issues.
