If I could give negative stars I would. I had three unmarked plants die right away. Although my account is on their website, they repeatedly asked me questions about who I was, what my order number was, and which plants were problematic. All they had to do was look at their website. Long story short, we reached an accomodation, in which they would replace the plants and I would remove the review. They never sent the plants, and when I contacted them, Brittany, said she had no knowledge of these plants. I don't know if this is wilful incompetence or just making you bleed for anything they do. They never sent plants and now are going through the same song and dance as if they had never heard from me. Please do not work with this company, they send crummy plants and they are completely unresponsive if you have a problem. I would give them negative five stars if I could. There are many reputable companies out there, but this one is awful. I spent about 250$ and they treat people like garbage.
