The office support was very accommodating from the beginning, always responding quickly to my questions. Training on the machine was superb. The equipment was nearly new and performed excellently. Driving was easy, though the safety alarms were somewhat bothersome. You have to operate it as if someone is attempting to build a tower of cards in the back.
