From my first communication with Emma G I've enjoyed the hire experience. Emma was knowledgeable, quick to respond and really friendly... It was quite a change from the sterile type customer service which is normal these days. I had to change the hire dates and this was dealt with easily and without any fuss. When I collected from Ben he again was very friendly and knowledgeable about the machine. The briefing was very comfortable and he took time to ensure I understood everything. He also check up after I had left with the machine which was nice. The machine itself was easy to use and did exactly what it said in the tin. I've recommended the hire to friends and colleagues. I'll definitely hire from these guys again.
