I feel completely deceived by this service and their persuasive sales tactics. Fortunately, I opted for a payment plan, which saved me from losing a larger amount, but I still ended up frustrated and out $1,800. When I requested a refund, I received a text stating "no refunds at all." The support system was ineffective, and I received no assistance from any representatives. I was unable to connect with a single successful agent. I strongly advise against engaging with this service.
