I was charged twice, first $74.97 and then $247, just a day apart. After numerous unanswered emails, the owner finally responded only when I mentioned involving my bank. He apologized and promised a refund of $321.97 for the overcharge, but I still haven’t seen it. He also offered to have a call with me and send a link for a product I never received, but I never got the link. I requested the missing item multiple times but only received irrelevant information. I’m now filing a claim with my bank and cannot recommend this service due to their poor customer support.
