What should have been a simple order for $27 turned into double charges and an additional $227 for a program I never ordered or agreed to. The company's response was unacceptable, stating they would refund the $27 but not the other charges. It is unethical to keep payments for items not purchased. Despite providing proof of these charges, I’ve received no proper resolution. I’m seeking a full refund of $254 and filing this complaint to warn others.
