I approached MC from our past discussions where I found his advise helpful. But when it came to committing to a six month long program - I wasn't sure! He took the time to guide me through the process and set the expectations correctly before we get started.I have been working with MC for three months now - and I am already seeing a noticable shift in mindset. He has certainly managed to guide some exceptional revelations and hold me accountable for it. It is also helping me reinforce my core personality traits. MC has mastered the art to coach people. He has a knack to be direct yet warm and supporting. I also appreciates that his understanding of the craft spans from corporate boards to sports arenas. So naturally for someone focussing on a wide performance, he is the guy to go to.Beyond regular check-in sessions, I find the program well-paced and structured. Love the functions where all discussions are recorded with transcripts! Some videos and exercise content could be slightly more coherent. The website platform could also be more intuitive and visual - perhaps integrated with some tools to guide through the exercises and more reference vidoes, or links. But these don't hinder the overall process and there is always room to clear it out in face to face discussions.I'm happy with the experience so far! I strongly recommend anyone in any domain looking to reclaim their performance and mindset to give MC a call!
