I contacted highlander store after my son’s pc suddenly stopped working. After investigating he found the pc,which had been sold to me as new by another company, actually had cheap second hand parts which were now failing! He was really honest and knowledgable, guiding us through different options and price points for the replacement parts needed. Once decided, they were ordered and arrived the next day, then the pc returned to us good as new the day after. He even collected and returned the pc- brilliant service. My sons been super happy to have his pc back working how it should and has been busy downloading all his games with no problems 👍. We won’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends and will certainly be using again in the future🙂
