Well what can you expect, from anything BA related. Ordered one item 10 days ago thinking it would be here in time for my trip abroad. But nothing. Delivery 3-5 working days it said. I emailed them enquiring where it was, given the usual crap, even though royal mail are causing problems, it has not even been dispatched yet, so another promise of 3-7 days....what a joke of a company BA has become.
