This dealership is amazing through and through, from the quality of cars and value, to the price and customer service, all the way from enquiry through to sale. I was very cautious buying a car from a small dealership as a past experience left a very sour taste in my mouth but I’m extremely happy to have stumbled across these guys. I was interested in an A5 and any questions or concerns I raised with Yash before I came to view the vehicle were always answered promptly. They sent me the service history and details of the car prior to my visit. I travelled 2hrs to get to them and the trip was a thousand percent worth it. We were greeted by everyone with a smile and were able to take as long as we wanted looking around the car and checking all the features prior, and after, the test drive. My only niggle was that when I asked for specific features in the car, I wasn’t met with a lot of information about them and it seemed like we were all figuring it out at the same time. I do expect more from the sales team but this could be due to a high turnover of vehicles. Would have just been nice if all the nitty gritty parts of the spec were known when I was asking. That’s the only thing that was a slight downside. I took a lot of time deciding if I wanted the car, after a lovely test drive, I was given lots of time and space. I wanted a more competitive deal and Yash delivered, ensuring I left extremely happy. It’s been a month since I purchased as I wanted to ensure the car had no issues and I can confirm it’s an extremely smooth and beautiful drive, the mechanic has said it’s in fantastic condition with no issues, the specs are fantastic and my value for money is through the roof. I could not be more happy with this purchase. I’m so happy that I’m excited to buy my next car from them too (though it may be a few years). I could go on and on about the quality and value from these guys. They truly do offer high spec cars for competitive rates from what I’ve seen and are more than happy to help with any requests, questions or concerns. Everything is dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I could not recommend these guys more. Their core values are definitely making this business a great success. Can’t thank them enough for making my purchase so easy and stress free at every point.
